-Meet & Greet Reservations:
San Diego Airport travelers, follow signs to ground transportation. Your driver will be inside the terminal, by baggage claim, with sign. If for any reason you cannot locate your driver, please call dispatch at (619) 399-9600.
-Curbside Reservations:
San Diego Airport (SAN) travelers, you will receive an instructional text message from your assigned driver. Please reply to driver for further instructions about your transportation.

If you missed your original flight, or flight is cancelled, please contact our office immediately to provide new flight information. If your flight is delayed, no need to notify us. We automatically adjust your pick up time to your new arrival time.
Yes, your driver will wait. However, please contact your driver to notify about the delay. We do not charge for situations beyond your control.
At San Diego Regency, we offer two types of pick ups: Meet & Greet and Curbside.
: Driver will meet the passenger inside the arrival terminal with sign. This service is recommended for corporate guests, seasonal travelers who are not familiar with the airport, unaccompanied minors, travelers requiring assistance with luggage and Seniors traveling without mobile phone. This service costs an extra $10.
: Passengers are responsible for collecting their own bags and notifying the driver when they are ready. Driver will then pull up the vehicle to the curb for pick up.
