I hired San Diego Regency Transportation to shuttle my UCSD daughter and her friends around for my daughter's 21st birthday. Despite it being somewhat last minute and on a Friday night, they made it happen! They picked up my initial call late in the day, were super friendly and professional and confirmed the appointment on the phone and by e-mail immediately afterwards. That level of professional, reliable, professional and trustworthy communication continued throughout the entire deal. A real peace of mind for me. Wonderful, Fun, and Pleasant
Nur from San Diego Regency Transportation picked me up from the airport tonight as part of a quite complex transition I'm making from living/traveling in Hawaii for over a year to living/traveling back on the mainland for a while. I had 10+ bags, a cat, and a surfboard. Nur was prompt, kind, attentive, a great communicator, an excellent driver, and above-and-beyond helpful. He seriously made my kind of crazy moving experience wonderful, fun, and pleasant when it could have easily been stressful. Always on time!
I've been using SD Regency for about 5-6 years. It's a perfect way to begin or end a trip. The drivers are excellent, friendly and always on time. Little touches, like water bottles, mints and wi-fi in the immacualte Lincoln Towncars add to the overall experience. I highly recommend them.
